The San Diego American Flag Football League (SDAFFL) was founded in and is home to the eight-time Gay Bowl champion San Diego Bolts. Our city has hosted this tournament in and , and will do so again in !.
The primary function of the International Gay Bowling Organization is to provide educational services, communication avenues and social opportunities to promote the sport of bowling and to enrich the lives of individuals through leagues and tournaments worldwide. With the help of IGBO and teams of local volunteers, these members have formed over leagues, over 50 tournaments, and several non-profit organizations that are able to help those in their respective communities. We operate on an extremely small budget relying on league and membership dues, corporate sponsorship and generous personal donations to continue fulfilling our duties from year to year.

The Dream Team program will provide a unique experience throughout college football season for the twelve dreamers who are participants of Dreams Come True. The dreamers will serve as representatives and ambassadors for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl through their participation on the Dream Team. Throughout college football season, the Dream Team will have the opportunity to scout a game at the University of Florida, participate with local corporate executives at monthly Gator Bowl Sports membership events, and distribute their rookie year player cards throughout Jacksonville.

Gay Bowl XXIII took place in Seattle, Washington, October 5–8, and a Women’s+ C Division was added. Austin, Texas will host Gay Bowl XXIV from October 31 through November 3,
